Ah, the succulent organic chicken at The Clovelly Kitchen was a treat! Add in the breathtaking views from our Deluxe Double Room, and the morning tea on the terrace was just the cherry on top.

While the chaos of kids at the pool added some excitement, it wasn't exactly the serene escape I pictured. And who charges 30% service fees without clear policies? That felt a tad dodgy.

The staff were incredibly attentive, looking after our every need! ! They even played with our children, which made our stay much more enjoyable. The stunning mountain view from our Deluxe Double Room added a great touch to our experience. The location is perfect, nestled in a serene area yet conveniently close to the city center.

During my stay, the service was noticeably poor. At breakfast, I experienced excessive wait times, with my omelet taking over 30 minutes to arrive and still not being prepared correctly. communication with the staff was frustratingly difficult. they seemed to struggle with basic requests, which greatly detracted from my experience.

It was just a great match for a short stay in Nuwara Eliya with great value. The staff arranged a lovely morning tea on the terrace with beautiful mountain views, which was a nice surprise. Check the menu prices in the restaurant before ordering.
